Dynamic Braking

Zimmer’s Linear BRAKES are used exclusively for DYNAMIC applications. Contact surfaces are made from a specially formulated brake material similar to automotive brake pads.

These rugged braking elements are ideally suited to work in a variety of areas especially Z axis and high speed applications. These can easily be introduced to existing system allowing braking during a power interruption situation.
